Let’s head over to one of Tsavo West’s treasures, Mzima Springs, a rich, green oasis. In this lush setting, we’ll find hippo, crocodile, exotic fish and birds. We can walk here, under the palm-fringed shores and take in the park’s other wildlife, attracted to these life-giving waters. Now it’s time to take the short trip to Amboseli Park.

Just look for the sky-scraping peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro as our beacon to the park. We’ll enjoy a relaxing lunch and perhaps some free time at our accommodation before heading out to discover the wilds of Amboseli. With Kilimanjaro posing in the background, you’ll be tempted to take lots of photos and why not? This what it’s all about. Toward evening you may even get better views of the great mountain’s snow-encrusted peak as the cloud covering often burns away, revealing one of the world’s most enchanting sights.
