A wildlife & Scenery day trip to the Ol Pejeta Wildlife Sanctuary out of Nairobi. Tour provides opportunities to view Tea, Coffee plantations along the way with possible views of the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya. There are probable sightings of the Big 5 during your wildlife viewing drives at the Ol pejeta wildlife sanctuary.

You shall marvel at the diversity of Kenya’s climate zones and spot unique animal species at Ol Pejeta including Elephants, Tree hyrax, White tailed mongoose, Black Fronted Dicker, Mole Rat, Bushbuck, Waterbuck, Elands, Rhino, Chimpanzee among many others.

NAIROBI – OL-PEJETA (220km: Approx: 3-4 Hours)

0500hrs: Pick up from your Nairobi area hotel/ Nairobi airport or residence.

Proceed to the OlPejeta Wildlife Conservancy.

The Olpejeta is located on the equator and between the Aberdare and Mount Kenya. It covers approximately 360KM square kilometers. The early morning drive towards Mount Kenya Laikipia area is via the highland agricultural zones of central Kenya. Breakfast stop on the way.

There shall be stops to view tea / coffee plantations and maybe a local market. There shall also be a stop at the Equator crossing. Mid- morning game viewing drives at the Olpejeta wildlife sanctuary with also a  visit to the Chimpanzee sanctuary. There shall be a further visit to rhino sanctuary.

Later return to Nairobi with drop off at your Nairobi area hotel, residence or Airport at appr.6.30PM.
